Mimaki JV3 160SP
Mimaki have taken the great features of its predecessor and added even more! This new model is equipped with 4 heads for twice the printing speed, boasts great print quality (up to 1440dpi). The option of 4-colour printing (2 sets of CMYK) or 6-colour printing (CMYKLcLm) brings you greater colour vesatility. Mimaki's new quick drying fan technology also helps to improve running speed for those jobs that just can't wait.
Mimaki JV33 160SP
The new JV33 printers (CMYK/CMYKcm) use one printhead with eight lines of nozzles for a total of 1440 nozzles; alignment errors are reduced due to the single head, Mimaki reports. The symmetric ink arrangement (MCYKKYCM) and effortless compatibility with Shiraz RIP is designed to enhance print quality.
The JV33-130 and 160 printers can utilize four types of Mimaki ink; SS21 (includes white) and ES3 solvent inks, aqueous pigment inks, and aqueous dye-sublimation inks. Inks are provided in 440-cc cartridges. In 4-color mode, the uninterrupted ink supply system (UISS) doubles the ink capacity for each color so the printer can operate for extended print runs.
Featuring printing resolutions up to 1440 dpi, the 160/130's fastest speed (4-color, 4-pass, 540 x 720 dpi, bidirectional) is 188/180 sq ft/hr; high-quality 6-color printing (720 x 1440 dpi, 8-pass, bidirectional) yields speeds of 37/34 sq ft/hr.
A pre-heater enhances the fixation of inks, and the post heater was added to enhance drying and enable a faster take-up of printed media.

The SEAL 62 Pro Laminator
The Seal 62 pro is the next generation professional laminator, an evolution of the successful SEAL 62 Plus. With fully adjustable temperature, speed and pressure settings the 62 Pro is ideal for the more experienced user who requires a highly versatile laminator.
The SEAL 62 Pro is capable of running a wider range of media and can generate higher process speeds, which make this machine ideal for businesses that are looking to build in extra capacity and more versatility. Capable of mounting, laminating and encapsulating prints up to 1575mm, the machine can be used with the extensive range of SEAL laminating films, adhesives and substrates.
The 62 Pro features unique design elements such as an ergonomic touch pad control panel for ease of use; the Easy Feed table which incorporates built-in tensioning rollers as well as a flip down image guide for smooth and optimum infeed of media; and outfeed slitters to trim the output to size.

Tekcel E-Series 6' x 12' Auto Tool Change

The E-Series Auto Tool Change Router is Tekcel's top of the line machine. It is ideal for either high volume operations or for work requiring multiple tools.
The amount of down time involved in changing tools can be quite significant in many applications. With up to eight turrets the Tekcel Auto Tool Change Router is a truly automated machine requiring no operator intervention from the start of cutting to the end. As well as the increased efficiency gained from Auto Tool Change the E-Series is the most robust machine in the Tekcel range. The E-Series machines feature heavy-duty lead screws on the x-axis (left and right) and y-axis coupled with 400 watt Servo motors, producing high accuracy at speeds up to 400mm per second both in the air and while cutting materials. This has obvious efficiency benefits for high volume production. The 240mm z-axis lead-screw drives a precision HSD spindle with ceramic bearings capable of sustained spindle speeds of 24,000 rpm without overheating.
