Of course there are always things you can do to help speed things up.1.
Supply artwork at 25% of final size if over A2. This will keep file sizes down without impacting on image quality.
2. Any imagery to must be supplied at 300dpi at 25% of final output size. Again this keeps the image quality at premium level. Don't supply images at 300dpi of final size, this will only slow things down and you wont notice any difference in image quality.
3. All fonts used, to be outlined before saving. This reduces any font issues if you don’t supply, or we don’t have the font used in the job.
4. Save files as high resolution PDF and supply with working files. If there are any problems, and we have all the files used in the job, we can easily rectify them without the need to contact you.
5. Stuff the contents of the job folder. This will make it quicker to send if using email or FTP
6. Use our free FTP service. We have a quick and reliable FTP server which has loads of room to upload big files. Your files will be safe and secure here.
7. If you have any doubt, pop a disk in the post as a backup, we’ll have it here the next day should we need it.
