Order confirmation
Your order will be checked and processed as soon as it is received. Delays
may occur over a weekend or bank holiday. We will check all your order details
and contact you about payment if necessary. We understand that by placing
an order you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed
or Credit Terms have been agreed.
Cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard
We accept Prepayment by cheque against Proforma Invoice.

30 Day Accounts may be opened for any regular customer by arrangement and
requires two references from current suppliers to your organisation. To

All prices quoted exclude VAT and delivery.
Customer Details
Your customer details will not be passed on to any other party at any other
time. We may however like to contact you, to keep you informed of new developments
within our company, new products and ideas. If you really do not want this
service please contact us now or in the future on: deleteme@bigstuff.org.uk.
On receipt of your request your name will be withdrawn from our marketing
list.
Security
We will not allow any other party access to your information at any point
in time.
All credit card information is mechanically destroyed after use.
Accounts
We are happy to set up 30 day accounts for clients wishing to use our services
regularly. We would need to see at least 2 credit references from suppliers
prior to giving you an account.

DELIVERY
Delivery
We aim to deliver our products to you within 48hrs. This depends on workflow
when the order is placed, the size of order and availability of materials
at time of order. A turnround time will be quoted at the time the order
is placed. We aim to our meet clients' deadlines 100% of the time and we
do our upmost to fulfil that target. If we envisage any problems with the
delivery time we will contact you immediately on receiving your order.
Working Days
Working days are Monday, to Friday unless otherwise arranged. These days
are also the delivery days. Please note that we can only outline our intentions
to provide a reasonably accurate delivery service. We are however in the
hands of our preferred carrier or delivery service provider. Every effort
is always made to be as efficient as possible. We have very few problems.

Delivery Areas
Our delivery service is available throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Delivery times vary depending on location.We endeavour to fulfil all deliveries
within 48hrs unless otherwise stated when placing order.
Delivery Expectations
Please note we expect the recipient to be able to receive and sign for the
delivery. In the event of someone not at home a "while you were out" card
will be left stating the date and time of attempted delivery. The card will
have a local contact telephone number for the recipient to call to arrange
another delivery. We do not control this situation.
Delivery Address
We offer a professional delivery service. To achieve our greatest efficiency
we require concise addressing details. It is most important for every order
to contain the formal name of the recipient and a contact phone number for
that person, house or unit number, street name, town or city, county, Postcode.
We cannot be responsible for problems, which occur as a result of incorrect
or invalid information given.
RETURNS/COMPLAINTS
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received, which appear obviously,
damaged in transit, especially where the packaging may be crushed. The recipient
should either not accept the parcel or to sign for it as "Damaged, unchecked"
or "Damaged, unexamined". If this situation does occur. Please contact us
immediately be telephoning us on 0845 225 4332.
Complaints Procedures
We pride ourselves on receiving a minimal level of complaints in relation
to the volume of orders we handle day to day. It is very important to us
to offer a full and integrated service. This involves a strong and determined
effort to deal with any complaints as soon as possible.
When contacting us with a complaint please ensure you state the following:
Company Name and Recipient.
Your order number.
Delivery date.
A brief outline of the problem.
We will contact you by return, as soon as the relevant information is at
hand. We can sometimes experience delays, whilst waiting for information
from wherever necessary. It is very important to state that every customer
services enquiry we receive concerning any delivery made will receive our
fullest attention and be resolved as soon as possible with our mutual agreement.
PRIVACY
Spam
In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act - we do not
send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We may
contact you regarding your enquiry within 12 months of your initial contact.
