The sky’s the limit?

Background:

The school asked us to get involved with their School refurbishment… of the nursery area, to bring something functional and eye-catching but something that can also be used as a learning tool for the little ones.

What we did:

We worked closely with the school to select the correct imagery required which would work in the areas required. We also established a good working relationship the builders to make sure that certain elements where included in the build to enable us to produce and fit quickly and cleanly within the small window we had between the works finishing and the kids moving back in.

We produced the mural on foamex panels to cover up a nasty wall. The money saved not having to refurb this wall easily paid for the mural and other works.

The blinds are full colour printed onto fire rated pvc with rollers and brackets all fitted in house. The backlit ceiling tiles are full colour printed onto opal polycarbonate… hardwearing and fire rated… ideal for this application.

Sinclair School was very happy with the whole school refurbishment project…. More importantly… the kids were amazed!
