Install ceiling banners in HQ foyer

Background:

BigStuff was asked on this occasion to install ceiling banners in the main foyer at Carnival HQ in Southampton. The secure fixing points were already in place which meant this install was a doodle. The Challenge we had was getting a scissor lift which was compact enough to come through the only access point at the front of the building, light enough so as not to damage the floating floor and with enough reach to get to the 11m ceiling height…. We’re BigStuff…. of course it wasn’t a problem!

What we did:

Working closely with the facilities team at Carnival and the guys at Facelift access we sourced a machine fit for the job, produced Risk Assessments and Method statements and the job was completed out of hours…
